How do I sign up for the unlimited club?
You can sign up for our unlimited plans online or at any of our locations.
Can I use my unlimited plan on more than one vehicle?
No. Each membership is specific for one vehicle.
How do I cancel my plan?
Please call, visit, or email us and a Waterworx team member can help you through the cancellation process.
When will I be billed for my membership?
You will be charged the full price of the membership (+ tax) on the day you sign up. Your membership renewal fee will be charged on that specific day of each month going forward until the membership is cancelled.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
Not a problem! Please call or visit one of our locations and we will update your membership.
What happens when I cancel my unlimited plan?
Please contact us prior to your renewal date to avoid the next month’s charge.
